Ati or Surrey’s Advanced Technology Institute has devised a new type of supercapacitor which is able to tap additional charge retention by using Polyaniline. In an online paper, it is explained in detail how a three layer composite using Carbon Nanotubes, Pani and hydrothermal carbon work together to boost energy densities.
