Electron scanned Pentium 90nm vs Core i3 22nm dies: different structures in evidence

Its really amazing how two different node processes, 90nm and 22nm, are electroscanned and transformed in a normal jpg. We can see in a video from Laughs MicroscopicallyPL channel that the two respective dies are presenting a much different size of tracks and transistors. It is the technology evolving without an end that will bring those structures smaller and smaller in the next gens:
