Dragon Ball Super Hero is undoubtly the reimagination and reboot of Dragonball. As far as we know, Gohan, the weakest and laziest of Sayans but once great is reprising a role of most powerfull warrior since Cell saga. Piccolo seems also to have received a modest powerup. Meanwhile Toei has showed some new stuff which is pretty interesting and recently this stuff has been discussed on a video of famous Geekdom. You can judge by yourself:
